Software Architect

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the system integration and interactions with the stakeholders
• Identify the solutions required to put company strategy and procedures in place
• Oversee the operations and development teams as they create, develop, and implement software systems in an agile manner
• Create, alter, and evaluate technical architecture
• Provide development teams with oversight and direction
• Perform ongoing research into the most recent and upcoming technology, and make any necessary improvements
• Share any problems with the existing technical solutions being used with the various stakeholders
• Analyze the effects of different technical decisions on the business

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a software architect
• 5+ years of experience with back-end/front-end technologies like Golang, React JS, MVC frameworks, Microservices, GraphQL, and JavaScript
• Prior experience developing and implementing independent solutions pertaining to the relevant domain area
• Display confidence when arguing and conversing with decision-making authorities
• Create expert design documentation, conduct code reviews, and uphold cutting-edge engineering techniques in daily work
• Track record of managing and leading small teams
• Comprehensive understanding of microservice-based architecture
• Extensive experience with the Cloud, Kubernetes, and Docker platforms
• Comprehensive knowledge of designing data formats, ingesting, and handling big data streams
• Experience developing code that is clear, effective, and simple to understand and includes functional design patterns and unit tests
• Nice to have some experience in the pharma/healthcare or eCommerce industry
• Prior DevOps knowledge and relevant experience would be desirable
• Experience in Flutter for mobile development
• Powerful analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
