Job Description

Objective

To recruit an experienced technical professional capable of leading the design, engineering, and development of solar PV projects. The selected candidate will ensure alignment with international standards, local regulatory frameworks, and best engineering practices to maximize project success.

Position: Solar Design Engineer

Qualifications:

B.Sc. in Electrical, Renewable, or Energy Engineering

57 years of hands-on experience in solar PV projects with BESS

Demonstrated track record in project design scaling up to GW-level

Proficiency in PVsyst, AutoCAD, Helioscope, SketchUp, PVcad, and grid compliance tools

Key Responsibilities:

Develop conceptual and detailed designs for utility-scale solar power plants

Perform energy yield assessments and optimization studies

Prepare complete technical documentation and drawings for tendering, permitting, and execution phases

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and grid compliance
