Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate
• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or Masseuse in a professional salon or spa environment.
• Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy or Spa Treatments (required).
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Warm, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
• Strict adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.

Task Description:

• Perform a variety of massage techniques such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, Lymphatic Drainage, and Wooden Anti-Cellulite Massage, as well as other body treatments.
• Assess clients needs and customize treatments to meet their individual preferences and requirements.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation throughout the spa area and treatment rooms.
• Prepare treatment rooms with the necessary products, towels, and equipment prior to each session.
• Promote and recommend suitable spa products and treatments to clients.
• Ensure client comfort, safety, and confidentiality at all times.
• Stay updated on the latest spa trends, massage techniques, and wellness practices.
• Support the team in achieving service excellence and customer satisfaction goals.
