About the Role

As a Spanish Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional support through voice, chat, or email channels. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience while meeting quality and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and customer accounts.

Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

• Document customer interactions accurately in the company's systems.

• Meet individual and team performance targets, including quality and productivity metrics.

• Follow company policies, procedures, and client requirements.

• Collaborate with teammates and other

departments to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish (B2/C1 level or higher), both written and spoken.

Good English communication skills.

• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.

• Flexibility to work rotational shifts if required.
