Maintain HRIS and make sure data is clean and up to date
Maintain the MPP tool and make sure it captures accurate hiring needs.
Creating hiring forecasts to support TAs and BPs in fulfilling MPP.
The first line of communication with TA when it comes to day-to-day operations/execution
Onboarding :
Maintain onboarding tracker for T&P and coordinate with core ops to manage pre-onboarding requirements.
Help New joiners connect with the help desk for IT setup.
Assist in the preparation of Welcome kits and onboarding induction days
Support in conducting orientation process and sending calendar requests for line managers
Ensure to update and maintain the group email data.
Administer Talabat credits and other welfare plans, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
Prepare comms for new joiner on the Workplace platform
Coordinate with the travel desk for onboarding business trips
Record Maintenance:
Maintaining current HC databases
Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
Maintain and update the record of leave balance
Payroll :
Create payroll IDs for new joiners.
Prepare the Monthly Reports for the Finance team.
First line of communication with payroll & finance teams.
Employee engagement
Help facilitate vendor information for any employee engagement activities
Manage the employee engagement calendar
Manage the engagement budget
Coordinate with procurement, facilities, and finance teams on engagement events.
Offboarding:
Assists with processing of terminations and separation by coordinating the core people operation teams and the requirement for the offboarding process
Maintain leavers data.
Office Maintenance :
Coordinate with the Admin and facility team on office maintenance requests and make sure the office is operating properly.
Ad Hoc :
Executing the COE Strategy on the ground with people and through system changes, data collection, etc.
Respond to employees queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in coordinating with EMs and PMs as and when required.
Support in preparing internal communications for the hub.
Assist with all internal and external T&P People-related inquiries or requests.
Run reports on general People activity.
Keep up-to-date with the latest People trends and best practices.
Management Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of local employment laws
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to influence internal and external business partners in all levels of the organization.
Ability to work on several projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and make decisions with limited direction.
Exceptional planning, follow-up, and organizing skills.
Data driven.
What Did We Order
University degree, preferably with an HR focus. CIPD or SHRM will be a clear advantage.
Minimum 2-3 years of People and culture experience at a generalist level at tech companies.
Agile, Innovative, Detail-oriented, and Result-focused
Strong personal and work ethics.
Advanced G-suite skills including docs, sheets and slides
English fluently is a must.
