Staff Driver

Duties & Required Skills:
Transporting staff up to 550km daily
Strength and Endurance to lift heavy bags for passengers up to 30 times per day
Great spoken English communication by phone
Great written English communication by WhatsApp
Reading maps and routes
Knowledge of Dubai communities, roads, and traffic laws

Work Schedule:
1 day weekly
If our full time driver falls sick we may ask if you are available for extra days.

Responsibilities:
Company car, avoiding traffic fines, driving safely and carefully
Listening and Feeling the vehicle's response to know when vehicle needs servicing
Reporting any vehicle issues immediately.
Keeping the vehicle clean inside daily and outside weekly.

While working with Solace, the driver should always have an extremely professional but friendly attitude toward the female staff. Personal relationships with other staff members are strictly prohibited during and after work and will lead to termination.

Because the staff passengers are always working very hard doing physical activity, the radio preference should go to the passenger and we prefer that you stay quiet while transporting staff, avoiding making or taking calls during driving. You may use a headset for music.
