Steel Detailer

Responsibilities:

• Generate highly accurate and comprehensive steel detailing drawings, including shop drawings, erection drawings, and material lists, using advanced software like Tekla Structures.
• Interpret and analyze architectural and structural engineering drawings to identify potential issues and ensure design intent is met.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and fabricators to resolve discrepancies and optimize detailing solutions.
• Perform thorough quality checks on all drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and local building codes.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, adhering to project timelines and delivery schedules.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of detailing processes and standards within the team.

Skills & Technologies:

This role demands a strong command of Civil Engineering principles, a deep understanding of Steel Detailing methodologies, and expert proficiency with Tekla Structures. You'll leverage your knowledge of structural analysis, blueprint reading, and construction documentation to deliver excellence.
