Job Description

Job Summary The Strategic Account Manager will support the Strategic Account Management (SAM) function by managing relationships with a portfolio of Johnson Controls Arabia's (JCA) key clients. The role focuses on strengthening client engagement, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting the execution of account strategies designed to drive recurring revenue and long-term partnerships. Working under the guidance of the Head of SAM, the Strategic Account Manager will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Engineering, Factory, and Product teams to ensure JCA delivers integrated solutions aligned with client needs. The ideal candidate combines strong relationship management skills, technical understanding of JCA's portfolio, and the ability to coordinate internally to deliver value for strategic clients.

Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management

Manage relationships with assigned strategic accounts, including large government entities, PIF companies, and major private-sector clients.

Serve as a key contact for assigned accounts, ensuring strong engagement and responsiveness.

Understand client business priorities, operational challenges, and industry dynamics to identify opportunities for collaboration.

Maintain regular communication with clients to gather feedback, provide updates, and support ongoing projects.

Account Strategy Execution

Support the Head of SAM in executing strategic account plans designed to strengthen long-term partnerships and drive revenue growth.

Identify opportunities to introduce JCA's broader portfolio of solutions and services across existing accounts.

Monitor market developments, client priorities, and competitor activities that may affect strategic accounts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

5-8 years of experience in account management, consulting sales, or business development roles. Experience working with large enterprise clients, government entities, or infrastructure projects is preferred.

Basic technical understanding of HVAC systems and smart building technologies is an advantage. Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination abilities

. Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce. Proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
