Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and strategic-minded Strategy and Transformation Director to lead our organization through critical initiatives and transformational change. The Strategy and Transformation Director will be responsible for developing and implementing corporate strategies, driving organizational transformation, and leading change management efforts. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in strategy development, transformational change, and project management. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and refine the company's strategic plan, vision, and objectives in alignment with the overall business strategy.

Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and trend analysis to identify strategic opportunities and threats.

Lead the organization through transformational change initiatives, such as digital transformation, organizational restructuring, and cultural change.

Develop change management strategies, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure the successful implementation of change initiatives.

Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains across the organization, driving operational excellence and cost savings.

Work cross-functionally to streamline business processes, eliminate waste, and improve productivity and agility.

Lead strategic projects and initiatives from inception to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and deliver results.

Monitor project progress, track milestones, and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes.

Develop and implement performance metrics and key indicators (KPIs) to measure progress against strategic objectives.

Monitor and analyze performance data, identifying trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

Lead and mentor a team of strategy and transformation professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support.

Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the strategy and transformation team.


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or business transformation roles.
