Mandatory details/Skills-
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Monitor stock levels, demand forecasts, and inventory planning to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Handle import/export documentation and coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics providers.
- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery while resolving any logistics-related issues.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with vendors to achieve cost savings and service improvements.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Process purchase orders, monitor order status, and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate supply chain records and prepare reports using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Finance, and Warehouse, to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Key Skills Required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Logistics.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Experience with import/export documentation and shipment coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Odoo preferred).
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
