About the Role:

The Supply Chain Analyst supports supply chain operations through data analysis, KPI monitoring, and process improvement initiatives.

Working closely with Procurement, Logistics, Operations, and Finance teams, this role provides data-driven insights that improve inventory management, supplier performance, planning accuracy, and overall operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

• Monitor and report on inventory, procurement, supplier, and logistics KPIs.

• Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports.

• Support demand planning, inventory optimization, and supply planning activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational performance.

• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.

• Ensure data accuracy across reporting tools and systems.

• Support strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Bring:

• 1–2 years of experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Operations, Procurement, or Logistics.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

• Fluency in German is a must.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Power BI and SQL is a strong advantage.

• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• A proactive, data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
