Sustainability Consultant

Job Role:

GREENER by IHCC is seeking an experienced Sustainability Consultant to join our Sustainability team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

As a Sustainability Consultant, you will lead and manage sustainability certification projects, support clients in achieving green building certifications, and contribute to delivering high-performance sustainable solutions across Saudi Arabia and the MENA region.

Responsibilities:

• Lead sustainability certification projects including LEED, Mostadam, WELL, and TRUE.
• Develop certification strategies and sustainability roadmaps.
• Review project documentation for sustainability compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare and submit certification documentation.
• Monitor sustainability implementation during construction.
• Prepare technical reports and certification submissions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in Sustainability or Green Building Consultancy.
• Experience on at least two LEED-certified projects.
• Strong knowledge of sustainability certification processes.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

Certifications:

• LEED AP (Required)
• Mostadam AP (Preferred)
• WELL AP (Preferred)
