As a System Operation Support Specialist - Drilling Services, you will ensure that the system is up and running and ready for the customers. The System Operation Support should support customers via phone and email support and supervises operations team and all supporting roles.

As a System Operation Support Specialist - Drilling Services, you will be responsible for:

-Assist in the design, build, manage and operate the infrastructure as a service layer that supports the different platform services.

-Help resolve and troubleshoot issues for customers system by providing high-level technical support and sustaining engineering services to maximize uptime and reduce IT costs.

-Actively engage with the development team to identify the potential for optimization and create plans to enhance the overall system.

-Designing and implementing high-performance, scalable, multi-tenant, multi-cloud, and on-demand infrastructure.

-Assist in training of all new employees.

-Follow communication protocols for various customers to resolve issues.

-Collaborate with our Operations Automation team to improve efficiencies through automation and specialization.

-Ability to work remotely as needed.

-Other duties as required.

To be successful in this role you will:

.Hold a bachelor's degree in information technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a relevant field from an accredited university.

.Have 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting, PostgreSQL, Sharded MongoDB, AWS, AZURE clouds within the drilling industry.

.Ability to work an on-call schedule.

.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

.Ability to work well with teams.

.Analytical thinking skills
