We are hiring on behalf of a confidential leading healthcare organization in Riyadh, seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple healthcare facilities.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on, individual contributor role focused purely on recruitment delivery. You will manage full-cycle hiring across clinical and non-clinical roles, ensuring timely placement of high-quality healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for:
• Physicians
• Nurses
• Allied Health professionals
• Administrative staff
• Build and maintain strong local and international talent pipelines
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and selection processes
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of demonstrated recruitment experience
• Mandatory experience in healthcare recruitment
• Strong understanding of Saudi labor market and hiring practices
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or HRCI are a plus
