Talent Acquisition Manager (UAEN)

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager (UAEN) to lead strategic recruitment initiatives and support the organization's workforce objectives to be based in Dubai.

The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting, identifying, and securing top talent while ensuring alignment with Dubai Government HR practices, Emiratization goals, and organizational priorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 to 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Mandatory experience working within a Dubai Government entity or government-related organization.
• Strong understanding of talent markets, Emiratization initiatives, and government recruitment practices.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and confidential recruitment assignments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
