Job Overview

Here's your chance to step into the role of Talent Acquisition - Senior Executive (Hospitality Corporate) at Dubai Holding Group Services.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing and executing recruitment operations across the assigned functional area. You will coordinate candidate evaluations, facilitate interviews and manage stakeholder communications to deliver a seamless recruitment experience. The role focuses on delivering high-quality recruitment solutions, enhancing candidate experience and supporting organizational talent acquisition goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment efforts for senior stakeholders and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of hiring requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring effective communication and partnership.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines and hiring challenges to maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Execute end-to-end recruitment operations, including job posting, candidate screening and interview coordination.
• Conduct Behavioral Based Interviews (BBI) and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills and cultural fit.
• Develop and maintain structured interview schedules to support timely hiring decisions.
• Partner with sourcing teams to maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates and provide feedback on sourcing strategies.
• Manage the offer process, including preparation of offer documentation and support with salary negotiations.
• Support initiatives to continuously improve quality of hire and ensure alignment with organizational standards.
• Deliver a seamless, transparent and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Promote diversity, equity and inclusion by attracting and assessing a diverse pool of talent.
• Identify opportunities for recruitment process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Remain informed on industry trends and best practices to continually optimize recruitment outcomes.

About You

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• At least 2 years of experience, preferably within a shared services organization.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
• Knowledge of sourcing channels including job boards, social media platforms and referral programmes.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Experience working within the Middle East region is preferred.
