About Tamheer Program:

It is a program aimed at developing graduates with diplomas/bachelor's degrees or higher in order to provide them with practical field experience. Also, the training period six months on-the-job training for fresh graduates to gain the required skills in a professional environment.

Tamheer Requirements:

• To be a Saudi citizen.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma holder.

• To be registered on the website of the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).

• The job seeker should not be registered for any job during the previous six months.

• He should not be currently employed in any job in the public or private sector.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Recruitment Process.
• Candidate Sourcing.
• Interview Coordination.
• Screening and filtrations CVs.

Education and Certifications:

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration.
