Someone who can maintain a calm disposition even when handling and balancing multiple tasks, guests, and team members in an ever-changing environment.


Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship, or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management. Minimum 1 - 2 years work experience as a Captain in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
