Technical Operations Support L2

Day Role and On-Call

Location: [ Cairo Office and Hybrid]

About Paysky:

We are looking for a Technical Operations Support L2 to provide first-level technical support across multiple projects, ensuring seamless system operations and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective resolutions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues.

• Conduct root cause analysis and document solutions.

• Work closely with customers on advanced technical problems.

• 3-5 years of experience in technical support or operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields.

• 2-5 years of experience in technical support or operations.

• Strong troubleshooting skills with a solid understanding of IT infrastructure.

• Experience in fintech, payment gateways, or similar fields is a plus.

• Written and spoken English must be excellent.
