Role Summary
The Technical Project Manager (TPM) leads the planning and execution of complex technical initiatives across multiple product and engineering teams. This role is accountable for deployment readiness, cross-team coordination, delivery flow, and value realization, supporting large-scale system implementations and digital transformation programs in a multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end delivery of technical projects with a strong focus on system deployment, integration, and operational readiness
Partner with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and Delivery teams to align priorities, roadmaps, and execution plans
Establish project governance, execution frameworks, and delivery methodologies
Manage cross-product dependencies, risks, and release coordination across multiple teams
Develop and maintain core project artefacts, including Definition of Done, execution plans, deployment schedules, risk & issue registers, and status reports
Lead delivery using Agile and hybrid methodologies, emphasizing Value, Flow, and Quality over traditional scope-centric controls
Prepare integrated project and release schedules in collaboration with engineering and software team leads
Manage vendors and contractors, including performance tracking, KPIs, and delivery quality
Prepare cost tracking documentation when required
Manage stakeholder expectations and provide clear, data-driven reporting, dashboards, and executive updates
Required Experience & Skills
5+ years of experience in technical project management, system implementation, or cross-functional delivery within a multinational environment
Proven experience delivering projects involving IT systems, software platforms, engineering workflows, automation systems, and digital transformation
Strong background coordinating software development, system upgrades, integrations, and deployments
Demonstrated ability to manage vendors and contractors, including negotiation and KPI-based performance improvement
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business-level insights
Experience working in Agile, DevOps, or hybrid delivery environments
Arabic language skills are an advantage
