· Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
· English Proficiency: Minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate / Fluent).
· Device: Android phone user (required for internal attendance system).
· Experience: 6+ months in a technical support or analyst role is a plus—but recent grads are welcome to apply.

Compensation & Work Schedule:
· Net Salary: Up to 15,000 EGP (based on experience and English).
· Shift: Fixed daytime schedule – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
