Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Telecommunications / ELV Draftsman with strong expertise in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and Revit to support building and infrastructure projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in ELV/ICT systems design, BIM coordination, and detailed drafting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed ELV/ICT drawings including layouts, sections, and profiles
- Develop shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings
- Extract and review 3D models for clash detection and coordination
- Perform clash analysis using Navisworks
- Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, BIM standards, and company quality requirements
- Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and engineering teams
- Update drawings based on site changes and redline markups
- Support documentation, reports, and drawing registers
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Telecom/Relevant discipline)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in GCC/UAE projects
- Experience in:
- Buildings, residential, industrial, infrastructure projects
- Strong proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- Civil 3D
- Navisworks
- Revit (must be able to set up new project files)
