Role Description The Telesales Representative role at Allianz Egypt is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo. The Telesales Representative will handle outbound and inbound calls to promote insurance products, explain coverage options, and support potential and existing customers through the sales process. Daily responsibilities include identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, answering inquiries, and following up on leads to close sales while meeting individual and team targets. The role also involves documenting interactions in the CRM system, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and collaborating with colleagues and supervisors to improve call scripts and customer experience. The Telesales Representative will participate in ongoing product and sales training to stay current with offerings and best practices.
