Job Title: Trainee - Quality Management

Job Location:- Dubai, UAE
Job Purpose
Support Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) Dept. with Quality process management activities including but not limited to data analysis, reports, Minutes of Meetings and other back-end support. Coordinate - Budget preparation & tracking, KPI monitoring & Reporting, Department & Regional meeting preparation, Key Data analysis & Reporting.
Principal Accountabilities

MAJOR ACTIVITIES
Budget management
(Opex & Capex)
- Monitor monthly department expenses in coordination with finance.
- Update finance on monthly expense & financial year expense plans.
- Coordinate within TCS functions to control planned vs actual expenses.
- Monthly Budget report preparation & submission.
Department KPI monitoring
- Summarise & Track department KPI progress.
- Prepare essential reports and deliverables for Function
Manage Department review meetings
- Prepare & Organise Department review meetings.
- Prepare and organise NSCs/Dealers meetings.
- Prepare and arrange TCS conference activities along with all NSCs/Dealers.
Training
- TCS induction material preparation & regular update
- Plan and arrange necessary trainings for TCS members
Employee engagement activities
- Plan and execute TCS employee engagement activities.
- Summarise activities and prepare activity reports.
Others
- Department travel plan coordination and submission for NMEF & NKSA
- Support other business activities, Data analysis & coordination's.
- Prepare necessary presentation materials
- MAJOR CHALLENGES
Planning, Data accuracy & strong coordination with internal / external functions.

KPIs:
Budget tracking & Reporting timely. Planned monthly data analysis vs reporting - speed and data quality. Training planned Vs execution.
Educational Qualifications
- Graduation in business administration / Data analysis or equivalent
Relevant Experience
1 to 2 years of
- Data analysis & reporting.
- KPI monitoring & presentation.
- Cross functional coordination.
Personal Characteristics & Behaviours/ Skills
Good communication & presentation skills. Strong Computer Skills including Excel, Power point, etc. Close coordination & relation management with Cross functions, NSC/ Dealers.
OTHER:
Candidate should have UAE residence visa. This is a temporary role for 6 months that can be extended to one year Preferably female candidates
