Role Description The Training Real Estate Agent role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo. The agent will support clients through property searches, viewings, and transactions, while learning and applying EgyProperty's processes and standards. Daily tasks include assisting with listing properties, updating databases, coordinating appointments, and providing responsive customer service. The role involves participating in training programs, shadowing experienced agents, and gradually handling sales negotiations and documentation under supervision. The Training Real Estate Agent will collaborate with colleagues to meet sales targets and ensure a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property, with a strong interest in building a career in the sector.
• Possession of, or willingness to obtain, a Real Estate License according to local regulations.
• Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and client follow-up.
• Sales-related abilities such as negotiation, lead follow-up, and relationship building.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to work in a team-based environment.
• Good organizational and time management skills, including attention to detail with documentation.
• Comfort with basic digital tools and property listing platforms; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in New Cairo and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
