Job Description: -

The main duty is to assist customers with planning and making reservations.

Handle inbound/outbound holidays packages for groups and individuals.

Handle tailor made requests. Preparing quotations and itineraries.

Book accommodation, transportation, Tickets, tours and activities inside Egypt.

Interact with clients by Phone, E-mail. Issuing invoices and vouchers.

Handling customer queries, complaints and make alternative arrangements

for customers who have had their trips interrupted by unforeseen issues.

sell Hotels and cruises package deals, car rental facilities, sell additional

insurance packages.

Selling services and products are also a key duty of Reservation Agents.

Evaluating customers holidays, issuing appropriate feedback form and

assuring client's satisfaction.

Job Requirements: -

Experience minimum 1 to 3 year.

Very Good English, Computer skills (MS office programs & Surfing internet).

Presentation skills, supportive, and creative personality.

Hard workers and leadership skills
