A specialist alternative assets investor is seeking a VP/ED-level professional to join its infrastructure investment team. The role offers direct exposure to origination and execution across a mid-market, operationally focused mandate, with meaningful involvement in high-conviction, hands-on deals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support origination, evaluation, and execution of infrastructure investments across the deal lifecycle, from sourcing through to close
- Build and maintain detailed financial models, conduct due diligence, and prepare investment committee materials to support decision-making
- Manage relationships with management teams, co-investors, advisors, and other deal counterparties throughout the investment process
- Monitor portfolio assets post-investment, tracking performance and identifying value-creation and exit opportunities
Qualifications
- Proven buy-side infrastructure investment experience gained at a fund, infrastructure investor, or comparable alternative assets platform
- Experience investing in or across emerging markets is strongly preferred
- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and commercial judgment, with a demonstrable track record of executed transactions
- Track record operating at VP/ED level with the autonomy to lead workstreams and mentor junior team members
