VMware Administrator

About the Role

The Critical Hosting Secondary resource will be responsible for managing VCF, ACI, Vmware, VDI, Patching, Vulnerability, and ensuring that BAU and SLA are met for IR, CR & SR deliverables as per contractual terms.

Responsibilities

• Manage VCF, ACI, Vmware, and VDI environments.
• Oversee patching and vulnerability management.
• Ensure business as usual (BAU) operations are maintained.
• Meet service level agreements (SLA) for incident response (IR), change requests (CR), and service requests (SR).
• Deliver services as per contractual terms.

Qualifications

• 4 to 9 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in critical hosting environments.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of VCF, ACI, Vmware, and VDI.
• Experience with patching and vulnerability management.
• Ability to meet SLA requirements.
