Job Title : Wellness Attendant

Department: Spa C Wellness

Reports To: Wellness Supervisor

Role Purpose

The Wellness Attendant ensures the cleanliness, readiness, and operational support of wellness facilities including the spa, fitness area, and pool environment. Beyond maintaining facilities, the role provides guest assistance and service support to enhance the overall wellness experience.

This position serves as an entry pathway for future development into the Wellness Curator role, therefore candidates are expected to demonstrate strong customer service capabilities in addition to operational support responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Facility Readiness

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the spa, fitness, and pool areas.
• Prepare treatment rooms and wellness spaces according to operational standards.
• Ensure towels, amenities, and supplies are replenished and organized.

Guest Support

• Welcome guests and assist them with wellness facility orientation.
• Provide guidance on spa, gym, and pool amenities.
• Support guests with lockers, towels, and wellness facility access.

Operational Support

• Assist reception with guest flow and basic operational tasks when required.
• Support the spa team in maintaining a smooth guest journey.
• Assist in monitoring wellness spaces to ensure comfort and safety.

Hygiene G Safety

• Ensure all wellness areas meet hygiene and safety standards.
• Monitor cleanliness of treatment rooms, changing areas, and relaxation spaces.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.

Guest Engagement

• Provide friendly and attentive service to guests.
• Support wellness events and activities when required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality, spa, fitness, or wellness environments preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.
• Basic computer literacy for reception assistance when required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
