To provide specialist expertise in workforce planning and organisation effectiveness by developing workforce strategies, organisational structures, job architecture, and workforce analytics that support DANS strategic objectives. The role is responsible for ensuring organisational effectiveness through evidence-based workforce planning, organisation design, headcount governance, and workforce optimisation while enabling sustainable business growth, operational excellence and effective resource utilisation
Qualifications
Knowledge & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
- Professional certification in Workforce Planning, Organisation Design or Human Capital Analytics is desirable.
- 7–10 years experience in Workforce Planning, Organisation Design, Organisational Effectiveness or Human Resources Strategy.
- Demonstrated experience in workforce analytics, organisational restructuring, job architecture, and manpower planning.
- Experience supporting organisational transformation within a complex organisation.
- Experience within the aviation or government sector is advantageous.
