Workplace & AV Operations Specialist
Location: UAE
Employment Type: Contract (6 Months)
Salary: AED 10,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site workplace and AV operational support for UAE.
- Perform daily workplace checks, meeting room readiness checks, and equipment health monitoring.
- Support and troubleshoot AV systems including:
- Microsoft Teams Rooms & Zoom Rooms
- Logitech Rally, Neat, Poly, and Yealink systems
- Meeting room controllers, displays, cameras, microphones, and audio systems
- Conduct preventive maintenance, equipment testing, and cable management.
- Provide meeting room setup and event support.
- Assist users with first-level troubleshooting and escalate technical issues when required.
- Coordinate with vendors for AV maintenance and system support.
- Prepare operational reports and recommend workplace technology improvements.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in AV Operations, Workplace Technology, or IT Support.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise AV and video conferencing solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in audio, video, and collaboration technologies.
- Experience supporting Logitech Rally, Neat, Poly, and Yealink platforms is preferred.
- AVIXA CTS/CTS-D/CTS-I certification is an advantage.
