Position: Full Stack Developer (Java, Python & AI)

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java and Python and proven experience delivering AI/ML-based solutions. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on engineer who can independently design, develop, and deploy scalable applications while contributing across both frontend and backend technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java and Python technologies.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services.
Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using modern web frameworks.
Design and implement AI-powered solutions, including integrations with Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning services, and intelligent automation platforms.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Perform code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
Deploy and support applications in cloud environments, ensuring reliability and scalability.
Work independently with minimal supervision and drive technical solutions from concept through production.

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
Strong programming expertise in Java and Python.
Experience developing web applications using modern frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
Hands-on experience building and consuming REST APIs and microservices.
Proven experience delivering AI/ML projects, including Generative AI, LLM integrations, AI agents, chatbots, recommendation systems, or machine learning applications.
Strong understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and scalable architecture principles.
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with Git-based source control and CI/CD practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of AI frameworks and tools such as LangChain, OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar technologies.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Exposure to DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.

Demonstrated hands-on development expertise rather than purely architectural or managerial experience.
Ability to independently own and deliver technical workstreams.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proven track record of delivering production-ready AI-enabled applications.
