Business Development Specialist – Staffing Sales (Remote)

About the Role

We're looking for a **Business Development Specialist** to drive new business opportunities for our staffing and recruitment services. In this role, you'll identify prospective clients, build relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers, generate qualified opportunities, and work closely with our recruitment team to deliver hiring solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and engage potential clients through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, email campaigns, and social selling.

* Generate qualified leads and schedule discovery meetings with prospective clients.

* Understand clients hiring requirements and recommend appropriate staffing solutions.

* Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.

* Prepare proposals, pricing, and service agreements.

* Negotiate commercial terms and close new staffing opportunities.

* Collaborate with recruiters to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.

* Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the hiring process.

* Develop long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

* Stay informed about hiring trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.

* Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

* Experience in business development, sales, account management, or client acquisition.

* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

* Ability to build relationships with decision-makers across different industries.

* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

* Good organizational and time-management skills.

* Experience using CRM platforms is an advantage.
