About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Cloud Engineer Lead to design, automate, and manage cloud infrastructure while leading DevOps initiatives across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure/AWS, Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and modern AI-assisted engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor Cloud & DevOps Engineers.
Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Pulumi, and Ansible.
Manage Kubernetes clusters, Docker containers, and GitOps workflows.
Establish monitoring, observability, security, and reliability best practices.
Drive DevSecOps initiatives and cloud governance standards.
Leverage AI tools to improve automation, productivity, troubleshooting, and operational efficiency.
Support infrastructure for AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI applications.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
8–12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Cloud/DevOps.
Strong experience leading Cloud, Platform Engineering, or DevOps teams.
Experience with enterprise-scale cloud environments.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications

AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional
AWS Solutions Architect – Professional
Microsoft Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
HashiCorp Terraform Associate

Nice to Have

AI/ML infrastructure deployment experience.
Experience with LLMs, AI Agents, and MLOps.
Knowledge of vector databases and GPU infrastructure.
Experience with SOC2, HIPAA, or FedRAMP environments.
