Senior Executive, Agency Accounting - 2 years contract

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist in system testing, data validation, and issue tracking for BRIM project implementation.
Maintain and update documentation, including training guides and reference materials.
Follow up with relevant stakeholders on assigned tasks and track progress to ensure timely completion.
Perform reconciliations and prepare reports related to BRIM transactions.
Support month-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Monitor outstanding items and coordinate with stakeholders for resolution.
Review data and reports prior to submission, highlighting observations and recommending improvements.
Liaise with internal stakeholders within GHQ, RHQ & Countries on operational and project matters.
Support training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.
Perform ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance or any relevant field
3–5 years of experience in accounting operations, preferably within agency accounting.
Strong understanding of reconciliation, financial reporting and month-end closing processes.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems implementation (SAP BRIM is an advantage), including support for project rollout, user acceptance testing (UAT), data validation and issue tracking.
Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in advanced Excel/Google Sheets analysis (eg. Looker, Power BI, pivot)
Proactive, independent worker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively across diverse stakeholder teams.
Prior experience in BRIM project or similar system implementation.
Experience working in a global or regional office within a multicultural organisation
Knowledge of process improvement, workflow automation or building and delivering internal training materials.
