About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to focus on the HORECA (Non-Food) segment (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafs, and Catering) in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining relationships with key hospitality clients, and expanding market presence in the foodservice space.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve monthly and annual sales targets in the HORECA(Non-Food) sector.
Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients (hotels, restaurants, cafs, catering companies) within Abu Dhabi.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision makers (e.g., procurement heads, chefs, facility managers).
Present and demo products, conduct tastings or sampling, where relevant, to potential clients.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, order terms, and credit in alignment with company policies.
Coordinate with operations/logistics to ensure timely delivery and proper product placement in client outlets.
Monitor customer satisfaction and address client concerns to maintain high service standards.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback; provide actionable insights to management.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and client networking opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to execute promotions, activations, and campaigns tailored to the HORECA segment.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience (typically 24+ years) in HORECA sales or B2B FMCG sales
Strong understanding of the hospitality industry's dynamics, key decision-makers, and sales cycles
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-starter, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
