Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Document Controller to join our team in Shaqra, Saudi Arabia. As a Saudi national, you will play a crucial role in managing and controlling project documentation for our construction and engineering initiatives.

Manage and maintain project documents using the document management system
Ensure all project documentation is properly filed, indexed, and easily retrievable
Review incoming and outgoing documents for completeness and accuracy
Coordinate document distribution to relevant project stakeholders
Track document revisions and maintain version control
Generate regular reports on document status and project progress
Assist in the development and implementation of document control procedures
Liaise with project teams to ensure timely submission and processing of documents
Provide training and support to team members on document control processes
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive project information

Qualifications

Proficiency in document management system
Minimum 8 years of experience.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
Excellent organisational and filing skills with a keen attention to detail
Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English
Previous experience in document control, preferably in construction or engineering projects
Experience with electronic document management systems
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field (preferred)
Knowledge of construction or engineering project documentation processes
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to work
