About the Role:

We are looking for a highly driven, execution-oriented, and business-focused HR Business Partner who can build and scale the HR function in a fast-growing technology organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, takes complete ownership, challenges the status quo, and proactively drives organizational transformation.

This is not a traditional HR operations role. We are looking for a leader who can partner with the business, drive accountability, influence stakeholders, and build scalable people practices that support rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Business Partnering

Partner with business leaders to align people's strategy with business objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on organization design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and employee engagement.
Drive organizational effectiveness and productivity initiatives.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

Own end-to-end hiring strategy for technical and non-technical functions.
Build proactive talent pipelines.
Drive recruitment metrics include Time-to-Hire, Quality-of-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Cost-per-Hire.
Collaborate with business leaders on manpower planning.

HR Operations & Compliance

Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
Drive HRMS adoption and data accuracy.
Manage statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, POSH, etc.).
Ensure HR documentation, policies, and employee records are ready.

Performance Management

Design and implement performance management frameworks.
Drive goal setting, quarterly reviews, feedback culture, and performance improvement plans.
Partner with managers on talent reviews and succession planning.

Employee Relations

Build strong relationships with employees and managers.
Resolve employee grievances professionally and promptly.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
Support disciplinary processes while ensuring fairness and compliance.

HR Transformation

Build and improve HR processes from the ground up.
Drive automation and digital HR initiatives.
Develop HR dashboards and analytics to support business decisions.
Standardized HR policies and governance frameworks.

Learning & Development

Identify capability gaps and implement development programs.
Coach managers on leadership and people management.
Drive leadership development initiatives.
Drive more AI initiative across the company and in the respective HR dept.

Employee Engagement & Culture

Build initiatives that improve employee experience and retention.
Drive recognition programs, engagement activities, and employer branding.
Champion organizational values and culture.

HR Analytics

Own and report key HR metrics including:

Attrition
Hiring Funnel
Recruitment SLA
Employee Engagement
Time-to-Fill
Headcount Planning
Diversity Metrics
Performance Trends
Training Effectiveness

Preferred Experience

7–10 years of progressive HRBP experience.
Experience in IT Services, SaaS, Product, or Technology organizations.
Worked in organizations with 100–1,000 employees.
Experience supporting rapid business growth and organizational scaling.
Exposure to HRMS implementation like KEKA and process automation.
Experience partnering directly with CXOs and senior leadership.
