Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for a Receptionist at Elite Plus. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk activities, including welcoming patients and visitors, handling phone calls and inquiries, and scheduling appointments. Additionally, the role involves performing clerical and organizational tasks to support the center's smooth daily operations. The individual will be expected to provide excellent customer service, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for all clients.

Qualifications

Experience with receptionist duties, including managing front desk responsibilities and appointment scheduling
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
Proficiency in clerical tasks such as filing, organizing, and maintaining records
Excellent customer service skills to handle patients and visitors professionally
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and demeanor
Proficiency with office software and scheduling systems is a plus
Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is advantageous
