Pinerium is seeking an analytical and client-focused Zoho Presales Consultant to support solution discovery, business analysis, solution design, and technical validation during the presales lifecycle.

This role is responsible for understanding client business requirements, designing Zoho-based solutions, preparing demos and Proof of Concepts (POCs), validating feasibility with technical teams, and supporting Sales Account Managers during enterprise opportunities.

The ideal candidate combines strong business process understanding, consultative communication skills, and deep knowledge of the Zoho ecosystem.

The Zoho Presales Consultant operates within Pinerium's Zoho Solutions structure and collaborates closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Tech Leads, Developers, and Delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities
Discovery & Business Analysis

Conduct structured discovery sessions to understand client business processes and operational challenges.
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Identify automation, optimization, and digital transformation opportunities.
Translate business needs into high-level solution approaches.

Solution Design & Validation

Design scalable Zoho-based business solutions aligned with client requirements.
Prepare solution architecture diagrams, workflows, and implementation approaches.
Validate technical feasibility with Product Owners, Developers, and Tech Leads.
Ensure proposed solutions align with Zoho best practices and scalability standards.

Demos & Proof of Concepts (POCs)

Prepare and deliver customized Zoho demos focused on business value and operational outcomes.
Lead Proof-of-Concept (POC) activities including scope definition and success criteria.
Customize demo environments and scenarios based on client use cases.
Present automation concepts, workflows, dashboards, and solution capabilities clearly.

Sales & Stakeholder Collaboration

Support Sales Account Managers during opportunities and proposal discussions.
Participate in client meetings, workshops, and technical consultations.
Assist in preparing proposals, estimations, presentations, and solution documentation.
Coordinate handover activities to delivery teams after project closure.

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

Maintain presales documentation, discovery notes, and solution records.
Update reusable demo assets and presales templates regularly.
Stay updated with Zoho ecosystem capabilities, integrations, and SaaS trends.
Contribute to continuous improvement of presales processes and standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in presales, business analysis, SaaS consulting, CRM/ERP consulting, or solution design.
Strong understanding of Zoho applications including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, and Zoho Projects.
Experience conducting discovery sessions, demos, or POCs.
Strong business process analysis and solution design skills.
Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical-functional solutions.
Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and automation concepts is preferred.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
Zoho certifications are considered a strong advantage.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
