About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Supply Chain Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, hands-on experience in data analysis using SQL, and proficiency in JIRA for requirement management and agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand supply chain processes, pain points, and improvement areas.
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
Perform detailed data analysis using SQL to support decision-making, identify trends, and validate business hypotheses.
Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth delivery of enhancements and new solutions.
Use JIRA to manage user stories, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization.
Support UAT and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
Generate and maintain reports and dashboards for supply chain KPIs.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment.

Required Skills & Experience

4–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Manufacturing domains.
Strong working knowledge of Supply Chain processes (Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Fulfillment, Logistics, etc.).
Proficiency in SQL — ability to write complex queries for data extraction and analysis.
Experience working with JIRA / Confluence for agile project management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
Knowledge of supply chain analytics, forecasting, or optimization projects.
Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
