Proficiency in Arabic is a must

1b:T4d7,- Lead the QS team in managing all commercial and contractual matters for ongoing and upcoming projects.

- Identify, analyze, and mitigate commercial risks and opportunities.

- Review and administer main contracts and subcontracts in accordance with contractual terms and conditions.

- Manage variations, claims, counterclaims, extensions of time (EOT), and final accounts.

- Ensure timely preparation and submission of interim payment applications and final accounts.

- Support contract negotiations with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

- Review subcontractor and supplier commercial offers and participate in commercial evaluations.

- Oversee subcontract agreements, payment certifications, and variations.

- Coordinate closely with procurement and project teams to ensure commercial compliance

- Approve variation claims before submission to QS Manager.

- Monitor client and subcontractor payment processes.

- Ensure compliance with contract terms and proper documentation.

- Provide guidance and technical support to team leaders and engineers.

- Implement departmental procedures within the section.
