As a Senior Operations Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the company's day-to-day operations by coordinating property management activities, maintenance, procurement, administration, and operational reporting. You will work closely with management and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, maintain service quality, support compliance requirements, and contribute to the efficient management of the company's real estate portfolio.

Key Accountabilities

The position involves:

Support the daily operations of the company by coordinating operational activities and ensuring timely execution of assigned tasks.
Assist in implementing and maintaining operational policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Coordinate the management of the company's real estate portfolio, including lease administration, renewals, tenant requests, collections follow-up, and occupancy records.
Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities, renovations, and minor construction works while following up with contractors to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with external contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure compliance with agreed service levels and project requirements.
Support procurement activities by obtaining quotations, coordinating purchase requests, tracking deliveries, and maintaining supplier records.
Maintain operational documentation, contracts, licenses, asset records, and company files while ensuring proper document control and confidentiality.
Assist in monitoring employee attendance, leave records, operational schedules, and administrative coordination with HR.
Coordinate with the finance team regarding operational expenses, invoices, payment follow-up, and preparation of operational reports.
Prepare periodic operational, maintenance, and property management reports for management review.
Communicate with tenants to resolve operational issues, coordinate maintenance requests, and ensure a high level of tenant satisfaction.
Liaise with government authorities, municipalities, utility providers, and other external entities regarding operational and property-related matters.
Monitor renewals of leases, licenses, registrations, service contracts, and other operational documents.
Support management with administrative follow-up and special operational assignments as required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
7–10 years of experience in operations, property management, facilities management, or real estate operations.
Practical experience coordinating property management, maintenance, procurement, and vendor activities.
Familiarity with lease administration, tenant relations, collections follow-up, and property operations.
Good understanding of Saudi real estate operations and government platforms such as Ejar is preferred.
Experience coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with ERP systems and task management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar platforms is an advantage.
Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and confidentiality.
Willingness to conduct site visits and support operational activities across company properties.
