Summary

We are looking for an experienced Bartender to support the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla.

Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt's expansion across the region and will feature 215 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.

Your Role

As the Bartender, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a professional and engaging manner, ensuring high-quality service, consistency in drink preparation, and a welcoming bar experience.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve beverages according to standard recipes and hotel procedures
Ensure the bar is fully stocked, clean, and properly set up before, during, and after service
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance the overall bar experience
Take and process beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns
Maintain knowledge of drink menus, ingredients, and hotel promotions
Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of bar inventory and supplies
Follow all hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations
Assist in inventory control and report stock levels as required
Support pre-opening bar setup and operational readiness

Qualifications

Qualifications

Previous experience as a bartender within hotels, restaurants, or bars
Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, mixology, and service standards
Good customer service and guest engagement skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and consistency in drink preparation
Good organizational and time management skills
Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Excellent English communication skills
