Position Summary

As part of the Digital Banking team, this individual will design and build features that improve our clients customer experience, owning services end-to-end and collaborating closely with product managers and designers to create intuitive, impactful solutions.

Looking for Front-end developer having Expertise in React.js, Type Script, JavaScript, HTML and CSS and basic knowledge in backend

Key Areas of Responsibility

Implement features and deliver production-ready code
Create technical documentation, system diagrams, and debugging reports
Conduct performance optimizations and monitor key metrics

Product Strategy, Vision, and Planning

Participate in agile planning events by providing technical insights and feasibility analysis
Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and Engineers to translate business needs into features and technical solutions
Offer input on technology enhancements, emerging tools, and product gaps to inform the roadmap and backlog
Support definition of acceptance criteria to guide development and testing

Product Design and Development

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain software solutions in an agile environment
Write clean, scalable code aligned with best practices and engineering standards
Collaborate with peers to implement user stories, resolve issues, and improve product functionality
Engage in agile events such as daily scrums and product demos
Create proof-of-concepts and run experiments to inform technical decisions
Conduct peer code reviews for quality and knowledge sharing

Performance Measurement and Optimization

Monitor delivery metrics such as lead time and deployment frequency

Job Description

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, software engineering or proven work experience in related fields
Front-End developer with 6+ years of professional experience in building scalable, responsive and user-centric web applications.
Proficient in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML,CSS and modern front-end frameworks.
Experience in building NestJS, Rest APIs and authentication flow (JWT, OAuth).
Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
Experience working in Native & Hybrid Cloud environment
Experience in Container Management including Docker and Kubernetes, on cloud platforms like GCP.
Knowledge of version control (Git) branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews,
CI/CD - GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins,
Working on Visual Studio code (VS Code)/IntelliJ
Ability to analyze user and business requirements to create technical design requirements and software architecture.

Experience Must Also Include

Excellent communication and team player with can-do attitude.
Experience in Agile Scrum methodologies and working with distributed teams.
Experience with SAFe methodologies
Deep knowledge and understanding to create secure solutions by design
