Primary Objective

Management of Document number allocation and general data issue.
Transmit engineering and supplier documents through all procedural steps in accordance with procedures and guidelines.
Ensure all project documentation is processed, transmitted and filed in accordance with the relevant document management system and can be retrieved in an accurate and timely manner.
Issue, track and expedite squad checks .
Knowledge of document control functions and related applications.
Knowledge of handling documentation for Sub-Contractors and third party associated.
Knowledge of handling Supplier module and vendor data processes.
Extend assistance to Internal stakeholders on Project handover formalities include Archiving.
Knowledge of SharePoint application.
Assists in Record Management and Archival exercises.
Assist with the improvement of the project document control processes and procedures.

Essential Skills/experience

Relevant Experience in Document Control experience in Oil & Gas industry.
Good Communications, written and oral (English).
