The Senior Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will act as the main technical owner for all mechanical maintenance activities across the university, supported by the existing supervisors, technicians and service providers.

The scope of this position will include, but will not be limited to:

HVAC systems, including chillers, VRV, VRF and split units.
Elevators and vertical transportation systems.
Pumps and pumping stations.
Water supply and drainage systems.
Ventilation, fresh air and exhaust systems.
Mechanical firefighting systems, in coordination with the concerned departments.
