Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and inspire the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes consistently
Design and develop innovative menus aligned with the brand and customer preferences
Oversee food preparation, presentation, and portion control
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Manage kitchen inventory, food costs, and supplier relationships
Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain excellence and efficiency
Collaborate with management on seasonal promotions and special events

Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Chef
Strong leadership and team management skills
Exceptional knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations
Ability to manage budgets and control food costs
Creativity and passion for food innovation
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
