Job Description

The Airport Representative is responsible for welcoming guests at the airport, assisting them with arrivals and departures, coordinating transportation, and ensuring a smooth transfer experience between the airport and the property (hotel/resort/agency). The role serves as the first point of contact for guests and plays a key part in delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Meet and greet guests at the airport upon arrival and assist with luggage and transportation arrangements.
Coordinate with the hotel's front office or transportation team regarding guest arrival and departure times.
Ensure accurate and timely guest pick-up and drop-off services.
Maintain up-to-date flight information and communicate any changes or delays to the concerned departments.
Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures when required.
Handle guest inquiries, provide information about the property and local area, and ensure a warm welcome experience.
Coordinate with drivers, travel agents, and other service providers for smooth airport transfers.
Maintain accurate records of guest arrivals, departures, and transportation requests.
Handle any guest complaints or issues professionally and report them promptly to management.
Represent the company/hotel brand positively at all times.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (hospitality, tourism, or airline industry).
Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Customer-service-oriented and professional appearance.
Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset).
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of airport protocols and local transportation services.
