Responsibilities:

Perform design calculations for various Electrical systems.
Coordination with different Engineering disciplines (inter-disciplinary coordination), Local Service provider(s), Authorities and Client.
Prepare the project drawings, LODs, Bill of Quantities, Specifications, Scope of Work, etc.
Deliver the project documents as per Company quality procedures and delivery timeline.
Ensure Electrical systems design compliance with regulatory, standards and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in electrical Power Engineering from an accredited University.
Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Electrical Systems Design (BIM-based projects).
Solid knowledge of local & international codes & regulations.
Excellent command of design tools & Software (Revit, Navisworks, Auto CAD, Dialux , ETAP, etc.).
Excellent communication & presentation skills for interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent Technical Reports Writing skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to evaluate new approaches, systems, and design solutions.
Ability to perform design value engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:

LEED GA.
ESTIDAMA PQP.
